Return Process

  Log in to your INAIRSPACE account and navigate to the 'Order History' section to select the item you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Package Your Item

  Carefully place the device in its original manufacturer packaging, including all cables, manuals, and accessories to ensure a full refund.

  Ship to Service Center

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking number for reference.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technical team verifies the condition of the returned hardware, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
